Set access to an Archicad Software key

Issue description

You want to control who can download and use an Archicad software protection key from your Company License Pool.

By default, software key availability may be limited to administrators, preventing other users from accessing the license.

Solution

An Administrator can assign a software key to specific users, make it available to all members, or restrict it to administrators only.

Steps:

1. Sign in to your Graphisoft Company Account
2. Navigate to Software keys
3. Locate the software key you want to modify
4. Click the three dots (…) next to the key and select Change Assignee
5. In the dialog, choose who can access the key:
   • Everyone
   • Administrator only
   • A specific user
6. Click Change to apply your selection
