Issue description
When an Archicad software protection key is added to the Company License Pool, it is available initially only to the Administrator of the Graphisoft ID company account. A Member of a Graphisoft ID company account cannot download the Archicad software protection key until it is made available for download by the Administrator.
Solution
A Member of a Graphisoft ID company account has available to them only the Archicad software protection key(s) that is assigned to them or is made available to Everyone joined to the company account.
An Archicad software protection key has three availability settings options:
Administrator only
Assigned to a specific Member
Set as available to Everyone
The Administrator makes an Archicad software protection key available to a Member or Everyone by doing the following:
- The Administrator accesses the Software keys page of the Graphisoft ID company account.
- For the Archicad software protection key needing an availability setting change, the Administrator selects the "..." button on the right-hand side and then clicks "Change assignee."
- From the "Change assignee" dialog, the Administrator selects the Member's name, selects their name, and then clicks the "Change" button to assign it to the Member. Or they may select Everyone, if preferred.
After an Archicad software protection key has been made available to a Member's Graphisoft ID, it may be downloaded to the Archicad workstation computer by either of the following methods:
- The Archicad software protection key may be manually downloaded via the Graphisoft License Manager Tool while signed in with the Member's Graphisoft ID.
- Once signed into Archicad with the Member's Graphisoft ID, upon opening an existing or new project, the Archicad software protection key will automatically be downloaded to the Archicad workstation computer.
