Issue Description
The Archicad license was downloaded to a machine that has been reformatted or the machine has suffered a Hard drive crash. This has led to the license becoming damaged and not available for use in the License Manager Tool.
Solution
For licenses purchased in the Graphisoft Webstore: The first and most important step is to contact Archicad's customer support or licensing department. They will have the tools and procedures to help you recover or reauthorize your license.
For licenses purchased with your local Graphisoft provider: Be prepared to provide proof of your Archicad license purchase. This may include order numbers, license keys, or any other relevant documentation that proves your ownership of the license.
