Can’t delete layers from Xref

Issue Description:

External references (Xrefs) are often imported into an Archicad file for coordination purposes. However, after removing an Xref, its associated layers may stay in the project and cannot be deleted through the standard Layer Manager.

This can lead to an unnecessary accumulation of layers, potentially cluttering the project and affecting layer organization. How can these layers be permanently removed?

Solution:

To delete layers, use the Attribute Manager.

1. Go to Options > Element Attributes > Attribute Manager…
   
2. In the Attribute Manager, select the Layers to be deleted.
3. Click Delete… then a pop out window will appear. Select Delete Elements> Delete.
4. Click OK > Apply & Close to save changes.
