How to show the glazed area of both doors and windows in a schedule

Issue description

The total glazed area for doors and windows should be included in the schedule. How do I add this parameter and total the value?

Solution

1. In the Doors and Window Schedule, go to Scheme Settings.
   
2. In the Scheme Settings dialog, proceed to the Fields section. Here, you will find an Add Fields button accompanied by a dropdown arrow. Click on this dropdown arrow, then select Library Part Parameters.
3. Inside the Additional Object Parameters dialog;
   
   • Locate either a Door or Window object to view its available associated parameters. 
   • Once you have selected the object, a list of available parameters will be displayed. Look for the variable labeled “gs_list_glassarea”, which is associated with the name “Total Glazed Area.”
   • Select the Total Glazed Area parameter and click the Add button to include it in your schedule. 
   • Click OK to confirm and exit the dialog.
      
4. You will now have the Total Glazed Area field in your Schedule as shown in the screenshot below.
