Issue description
The Drawing Manager was accessed via File > External Data > Drawing Manager. The Drawing Manager displays warnings about outdated, changed, and missing drawings. There is uncertainty about what the displayed status of the drawing means and how it can possibly be resolved.
Troubleshooting steps
1. Missing Drawings
Drawings can receive the Missing status if the source has been deleted or moved, or if there are links to local paths that other project participants cannot access. If already placed viewports on the layout are deleted, missing drawings also occur. Missing drawings are indicated with a red warning triangle in the Drawing Manager.
Archicad searches for missing drawings, which often significantly increases the loading times of certain viewports and layouts. The Drawing Manager should be regularly checked to see if there are missing drawings in the project. Drawings with the Missing status can be deleted or the path can be relinked.

2. Changed Drawings
Drawings can receive the Changed status if the source has been modified. Changed drawings should be updated.
3. Needs Review
Drawings can receive the Needs Review status if the automatic quick check cannot definitively determine whether the drawing needs to be updated or not. The drawings should be updated.
