Issue description
When you launch the application, a "No License Found" dialog appears. You have confirmed that a valid cloud license is assigned to your Graphisoft ID account, but the program does not recognize it.
Solution
This problem occurs when the language version of your installed application does not match the regional version of your cloud license. Cloud licenses are tied to specific regional language versions. If your license is for one region (e.g., INT - International) but you have downloaded and installed the application for a different region (e.g., USA), the license will not be detected.
Step 1: Verify your installed language version
- Open the application in Demo mode.
- Navigate to Help > About Archicad.
- Locate the language code displayed after the version and build number (e.g., INT, USA, UKI, GER).
Step 2: Compare with your license region
- Sign in to your account at https://licensemanagement.graphisoft.com.
- Navigate to Licenses > Cloud license.
- Review the regional designation shown for your assigned license (e.g., Archicad Studio USA or Archicad Studio INT).
- Confirm whether the installed language version matches the license region.
Step 3: Download and install the correct language version
- If you originally installed the wrong Archicad version, it's best to uninstall it to avoid future confusion.
- Visit the official Graphisoft downloads page at https://graphisoft.com/downloads/.
- Select the language version that matches your license from the dropdown menu.
- Download the complete installer for your target language version.
- Install the new language version.
- Launch the newly installed language version and sign in with your Graphisoft ID to activate the cloud license.
Tip: Project files are compatible across different language versions. The primary difference between versions is the ground floor story numbering (INT uses "0" while USA uses "1") and the included library content.
