How to cancel - step-by-step
Only the Contract Manager has the necessary permissions to cancel a subscription. Your Archicad Collaborate subscription can be cancelled directly in the Graphisoft Store. The process involves accessing your account and managing your subscription contract through the Contracts section.
- Open your web browser and navigate to https://shop.graphisoft.com/
- Sign in with your Graphisoft ID credentials
- Click on your user account icon in the top right corner of the page
- Select Contracts from the dropdown menu
- Locate your Archicad Collaborate subscription from the list of contracts
- Click the Manage button next to the subscription you wish to cancel
- Click the Cancel button on the subscription management page
- Confirm your cancellation request when prompted
When cancellation is not possible
If you do not see the Contracts option or the Cancel button, please verify your company role permissions.
If you don't find a Manage button next to the subscription you wish to cancel, it means that you have purchased the subscription via a reseller, who became the contract manager. In such cases, you should ask the same reseller to cancel that particular subscription.
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time, but not later than 24 hours before the automatic subscription renewal. If you are within the last 24 hours, a message explains that cancellation is not possible.
