Issue description
When attempting to publish an update to an existing BIMx model, the upload process begins but eventually fails with the following message:
Uploader is unable to connect to the BIMx Model Transfer site.
Please check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that BIMx Uploader is permitted to access the Web.
Error code: 1111
This error can occur when the BIMx Uploader cannot locate the original folder specified during the first model upload. It often happens if:
- The folder name has changed since the initial upload.
- The folder has been moved or deleted from the BIMx Model Transfer site.
Solution

Verify Folder Availability
Log in to your BIMx Model Transfer site and check if the original folder still exists and has not been renamed. -
Test with a Different Folder
In Archicad, update your Publisher Set settings to export the model to a different folder:
Choose an existing, valid folder in your BIMx Model Transfer site, or create a new folder for testing purposes. -
Republish the Model
Try publishing the model again using the new or verified folder path.
