The print dialog window is cut off and is not fully displayed.

Issue Description 

The Print dialog window under File > Print... is cut off or appears unreadable.

Solution 

Check the Screen Scaling

System Settings > Display > Screen Scaling

The incorrect display of the dialog window can occur if the screen scaling value is set higher than 100%.

The issue can be resolved by following these steps:

1. Close all open Archicad instances.
2. Set the screen scaling to 100%.
3. Launch Archicad. The print dialog window should now be displayed in full size.
4. Close Archicad again.
5. Reset the screen scaling to the required value.
6. Start Archicad once more. The print dialog window should now no longer be cut off and will be displayed fully.
