Why can't I drag an element to a set distance?

Issue Description

You are suddenly are unable to drag an element to a specific distance. When attempting to move an element with the Drag command, you press the Tab key in your keyboard, but the distance input does not appear, and the element cannot be placed accurately.

Solution

This issue occurs because the Tracker is turned off. The Tracker must be enabled from the Work Environment window.

1. Go to Options > Work Environment > Work Environment...
2. In the Work Environment dialog box, select Tracker and Coordinate Input from the left column.
3. Check the box next to Show Tracker.
4. Click Apply and then OK.
