The Administrator or Contract Manager can edit and delete the groups of a company at any time.
The Group Name and Description can be updated by selecting the ‘Edit details’ option.
Only the members of the Graphisoft ID company can be added to groups. Any member can be removed from the groups by clicking on the ‘Remove from group’ button.
If you remove a member who is using a floating cloud license, the license will be returned and will be available for other members in the same group.
Even when you remove the last member of a group, the group will not be deleted. An empty group can still have floating cloud licenses assigned to it.
A Graphisoft ID account can be a member of multiple groups in the same company, but we recommend that each account be added to just one single group.
You can delete a group with the ‘Delete group’ option.
If you delete a group while it has members and/or assigned licenses, the group will be deleted, and the members and it's licenses will be revoked from the group members. The cloud licenses will remain available to reassign to other groups or to Graphisoft ID accounts.
