Creating groups in your company account allows you to use floating cloud licenses for company members.
Before you can use your floating cloud license, you must assign it to a group that belongs to the company. The license will then be available for the group members (selected Graphisoft ID accounts) to reserve and activate the associated products. It can be transferred to anyone in the same group. Only the Graphisoft ID company members can be added to groups.
The Administrator or Contract Manager can create or edit groups. Follow these steps to create a new group:
- Open the 'Groups' tab
- Select the ‘Create group’ option
- Name the group and add a description (optional), that all members can see
- Click on ‘Create group', and the group details will appear
- Select ‘Add members’
- Select a member or multiple members you want to add to the group
You can only add Graphisoft ID accounts to groups if they are members of your company.
Additionally, you can invite a Graphisoft ID account to the company and also add the account to a group right away.
