I want to collaborate in a Teamwork project using a different Archicad version than it was created in. What should I do?
Solution
To ensure successful collaboration in Archicad, all team members use the same Archicad version, language*, and build number. Here is how you can verify what version each member is using:
- In Archicad, go to the Help menu and select License Information to check your version and build number. Alternatively, you can view it via Help > About Archicad...
- If differences exist, each user should update Archicad by opening the Help menu and selecting Check for Updates.
- Verify that the language version codes match for all collaborators.
Note: Although it is possible to join a Teamwork project using a different language version than the one it was created in, we recommend working in the same language version within a Teamwork project to ensure full compatibility and access to the features designed for regional needs and regulations.
