Changing decimals for area value in Measurement Tool

Issue description

After setting up our dimension and working unit preferences, we might notice that when using the Measure tool, the area value's decimals are not consistent with the number of decimals set in for area measurements in the Working Units.

For example: area decimals are set to 3, but the Measure tool only displays 2 decimals.

Solution

1. Go to Project Preferences > Working units.
2. Change the decimals for Number without Units.
