Issue description
You are trying to manage your perpetual Archicad licenses, but your personal Graphisoft ID is not yet set as an administrator of your company’s Graphisoft Company Account.
Without administrator access, you cannot complete company-level license management tasks, including registering licenses and managing company settings.
Solution
Before starting, please make sure you have the following:
Your company’s Authentication Key
This is a company-specific code used to identify your Graphisoft Company Account.
Note: If you do not have this key, please contact your local Graphisoft distributor before proceeding.Access to the Graphisoft License Manager Tool
The Graphisoft License Manager Tool is installed automatically with Archicad.
Note: If Archicad is not installed on your computer, you can download the License Manager Tool separately here: https://graphisoft.com/downloads/licensing/help/INT/
Step 1. Create or confirm your personal Graphisoft ID
Each user should have their own Graphisoft ID. Company management is tied to user roles, not shared accounts.
If you do not already have a Graphisoft ID, register one here:

Step 2. Set up your company account using the License Manager Tool
Open the Graphisoft License Manager Tool on your computer and click Continue if prompted.
Sign in using your personal Graphisoft ID.
When prompted, enter your company’s Authentication Key.
In the Create Company Account dialog, enter your company name and complete the setup.
After completing these steps, your Graphisoft ID will be assigned as the administrator of the company account.
You should now be able to sign in to the Graphisoft Company Management portal:
