How do you change the email address attached to your Graphisoft ID?

You want to update the email address linked to your Graphisoft ID (GSID). When you sign in to your account or use services like license management, BIMcloud, or BIMx, your old email continues to appear as your primary contact.

Solution

Your GSID email address is your primary identifier for all Graphisoft services, including licensing, BIMcloud, and support. Changing this email ensures you continue to receive important notifications and maintain access to your subscriptions.

Follow these steps to change your GSID email address:

1. Open your web browser and go to the Graphisoft Account page.
2. Sign in using your current GSID email address and password.
3. In your profile page, under Login, click Edit button.
4. Locate the Email address field in your profile details.
5. Click the Change button next to your email address.
   
6. Enter your new email address in the provided field.
7. Save your changes.
8. Check your new email inbox for a confirmation message from Graphisoft.
9. Click the confirmation link in the email to verify your new address.

After confirmation, your GSID will use the new email address for all future logins and notifications.

If you use cloud licensing or BIMcloud, you may need to sign out and sign back in with your new email address in the application to refresh your credentials.
