Issue description
If you see the message:
“You are in offline mode, because the BIMcloud was not able to reserve a license. Please contact your administrator for further information.”
This usually means there's an issue with your login or connection to the BIMcloud. Follow these steps to refresh your login and reconnect.
Solution
In Archicad, go to Teamwork > Project > Open/Join Teamwork Project.
In the dialog box, click the dropdown in the top-right corner (where your username is shown).
Select Remove “[Your Name]”.
Then click the dropdown in the top-left corner (where the BIMcloud name appears).
Select Remove “[Your Company’s BIMcloud]” from List.
Click Login to a different BIMcloud.
Enter the full BIMcloud address — be sure to include the
https://prefix (e.g.,https://yourcompany.bimcloud.com).Log in using your Graphisoft ID email and password.
Once you're logged in again, reopen your Teamwork project. This process refreshes your connection and allows Archicad to reserve a license from the BIMcloud.
