- Log in to the Graphisoft Learn Portal.
- Click on your account name in the top right-hand corner to go to your profile.
- Click on the Purchases button in the left hand corner.
- Select More details under the relevant subscription.
- Click on the name of the subscription program you want to cancel.
- After clicking, you will be taken to the subscription program description page. You can cancel your subscription on this website by clicking Cancel subscription.
- At the end, click OK to confirm the cancellation of your subscription if you are sure.
