I uploaded my PLN file to BIMcloud, but it isn't working, or I am unable to open it in Archicad using Teamwork. What should I do?
Solution
Uploading a PLN file to BIMcloud only makes it available for download, not for collaborative editing via Teamwork. To work on the project collaboratively, you must share the PLN file as a Teamwork Project from within Archicad.
To share your file as a Teamwork Project and make it accessible in for other users follow these steps:
- Download your uploaded PLN file from BIMcloud.
- Open the file in Archicad.

Go to Teamwork > Project > Share to share the project to BIMcloud for collaborative access.
