Issue description
You want to know which Archicad versions are eligible for support from Graphisoft Support and which versions still receive software updates, hotfixes, and compatibility fixes.
Which Archicad versions are eligible for support from Graphisoft?
The Graphisoft Technical Support team provides direct support for the current Archicad version and the two previous full Archicad versions.
Versions older than this range are considered legacy versions. Legacy versions are not eligible for direct troubleshooting from Graphisoft Support. For legacy versions, users may use the self-help resources available on the Graphisoft Support Site, Graphisoft Community, and Graphisoft Help site.
Tip: How do I know what version of Archicad I'm running?
Who should I contact for support?
Support is provided either directly by Graphisoft or through a local Graphisoft partner or distributor, depending on your region.
- For regions directly served by Graphisoft, you may contact Graphisoft Support directly
- For other regions, you can find your local contact in the 'Where to buy' section on the Graphisoft contact page.
Which Archicad versions receive updates and hotfixes?
Software updates, hotfixes, and compatibility fixes are released only for the two most recently published Archicad versions. Older versions outside this update range will not receive any further updates, hotfixes, or compatibility fixes.
This means that the third most recent full Archicad version may still be eligible for direct support, but it is no longer in active development and will not receive new updates or hotfixes, meaning that some situations may not have a final fix.
