When the Support Team marks a request as resolved, the requester has 7 days to add a comment to reopen it. After this period, the request status will change to "closed," and it cannot be reopened. Instead, a follow-up request can be created by selecting the follow-up option at the end of the original request. Reopening or creating a follow-up ticket should only be used to continue the original request topic. For new topics, please create a new request.
