Issue description
You want to reopen a support request after it was marked as solved.
Solution
When the Support Team marks a request as solved, the requester has 7 days to add a comment and reopen it. After 7 days, the request status changes from Solved to Closed. Once a request is closed, it cannot be reopened.
If you need to continue the same topic after the request is closed, you can create a follow-up request from the original request page.
Please use the reopen or follow-up option only when continuing the original request topic. For new questions or unrelated issues, please create a new request.
