After submitting a support request, you can track its status directly on the Support Site by visiting https://support.graphisoft.com/hc/en-us/requests and selecting the relevant request ticket.
Once the request is opened, you can view detailed information about your ticket:
- Ticket Timeline: A chronological record of documents, case details, and all interactions between you and the support team.
- Support Information: Details on the request, including the creation date, assigned support team member, Request ID, status, and an overview of key information.
- Reply Options: Here, you can add further information to the ticket or confirm that the issue has been resolved.
