After submitting a support request, you can track its status directly on the Support Site by selecting the relevant request ticket.
Once the request is opened, you can view detailed information about your ticket:
- Ticket Timeline: A chronological record of documents, case details, and all interactions between you and the support team.
- Support Information: Details on the request, including the creation date, assigned support team member, Request ID, status, and an overview of key information.
- Reply Options: Here, you can add further information to the ticket or confirm that the issue has been resolved.
