Select your type of request from the drop-down menu.
Fill out your form and click Submit.

Graphisoft provides support for the latest two full release versions of Archicad, as well as the latest releases of BIMcloud SaaS and BIMx. This includes access to technical assistance and periodic updates that address confirmed software defects.
Versions outside of this supported range are not covered by technical support, and bug fixes are not provided for those releases. In some cases, limited, best-effort guidance may be offered based on existing knowledge. For assistance with older versions, please refer to the Graphisoft Help Center and the Graphisoft Community.
