1. Click on the Submit a request button in the upper right corner of this site, or go to the following link: https://support.graphisoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. You will be redirected to id.graphisoft.com to complete your login.
- If you have an existing Graphisoft ID all you need is to log your details in the Graphisoft ID site.
- If you do not have a Graphisoft ID follow this article.
3. Select your type of request from from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill out your form and click Submit.
