Issue Description
For unique or difficult to understand issues Technical Support may request a Support Package which contains logs that our developers may use to better understand the problem you are facing.
!IMPORTANT! The logs the developers need to look trough can be voluminous and they need to know where to look in the logs to identify the error. It is best if you create the Support Package directly after reproducing the error.
Solution
Steps to Follow
- Go to Help > Create Support Package
- Pick Solo Project or Teamwork Project depending upon the circumstance.
- Click Custom and then Package content...

Place a check mark next to any non-ArchiCAD libraries
- Click OK and then Create...

When prompted, save to a New Folder on your Desktop.

Go to your Desktop, right-click on the folder and Zip the folder.
- Now contact Technical Support and we will provide you with an upload link to send us this large file.
