Issue Description
The preview image displayed in the BIMx Hyper-model, set in Archicad under Project Preview and Architect Data, appears cropped in the BIMx Hyper-model viewer.
Solution
1. Check Window and Screen Size
The preview displayed in the BIMx Desktop Viewer depends on the size of the program window. Adjusting the window to be narrower or wider will show more or less of the preview accordingly.
If the program window is maximized to the screen size, the proportions of the displayed preview image will depend on the monitor being used.
To ensure the preview image is not cropped in full-screen mode, the image should be created in the proportions of the monitor being used.
After making the modifications, change the project preview image of your BIMx model.
