Issue description
While working on a teamwork project in Archicad, you notice that even after using the command Send and receive, changes made by other users are not reflecting on your Archicad workspace, or these changes differ between users.
Solution
This is usually due to faulty teamwork data cache. Here is how to fix it:
Important: Send and receive your changes, or save a local copy of the project before clearing local teamwork data.
- Close the project, but leave an open instance of Archicad.
- Go to Teamwork > Project > Local Data Manager.
- Select the affected teamwork project on the list (you can delete the local data of multiple projects/libraries at the same time, just make sure you have previously sent and received your changes).
- Click on Delete selected project/library/item from Local Data.
- Confirm the changes, and close the local data manager.
- Once this process is done rejoin the teamwork project.
Alternatively, you can delete the TW data cache folder:
Windows
- Exit Archicad.

Navigate to:
C:\Users\[YourUsername]\GRAPHISOFT\TW Data - Delete all contents of the TW Data folder.
macOS
- Exit Archicad.

Open Finder, then go to Go > Go to Folder and enter:
~/Library/Application Support/GRAPHISOFT/TW Data - Delete all contents of the TW Data folder.
If deleting the local data does not solve the issue:
- Save a local copy of the Teamwork project
- Use the open and repair function on the local copy of the file.
- Re-share the repaired file as a teamwork project.
