The License Manager Tool may not be able to connect to the license server, or you may not be able to reach certain Graphisoft websites. It could be that your computer's DNS (Domain Name System) Cache has a corrupt record in it. Flushing the DN Cache can clear
Solution
You can do this by going into Command Prompt (Windows) or into Terminal (Mac).
- Windows: Open Command Prompt
- Enter the following and press Enter:
ipconfig /flushdns - Mac: Open Terminal
- Enter the following and press Return:
dscacheutil –flushcache
