Issue description
In the Teamwork project, you can only work on projects offline; BIMcloud server/tenant is unreachable and is shown as offline under Teamwork Projects Open/Join. When trying to open the BIMcloud Manager in the browser, a connection error is displayed.
Solution
This issue appears in macOS 15 Sequoia and macOS 26 Tahoe.
Allow network access
These operating systems include a security feature that blocks network discovery. To resolve it:
- Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Local Network.
- Make sure network access is allowed for all installed Archicad versions to enable access to BIMcloud on the local network.
