Library upload failed due to invalid characters in file names

Issue description

When uploading a library to BIMcloud, you may receive the following error: 

Library Upload Failed. Could not upload the library. The following file name(s) contain one or more invalid characters.

This issue occurs when library object file names contain unsupported characters, such as:

\ / : * ? " < > |

Solution

To resolve this issue, identify and rename any files in your library that contain unsupported characters.

1. Open your custom company library folder.

2. Search for files that contain any of the following characters:

   \ / : * ? " < > |

3. Rename those files to remove the unsupported characters.
4. Upload the library again to your BIMcloud.
