Issue description
You export a BIMx file, and the model opens without a Gallery tab. The 3D window displays the building, but predefined camera viewpoints or movies are missing. The Gallery button shows an empty list on every device.
Solution
The gallery is empty because camera views were not added to the BIMx publisher set before export. Add cameras, set the correct gallery options, and then republish the file.
-
Select the Camera Tool in the Toolbox and place cameras on the floor plan to mark each viewpoint.
- Open Navigator > Organizer and create a new publisher set.
- Drag the saved camera path or individual cameras from the View Map into the publisher set.
- Select the 3D view in the set, click Publishing Properties, and choose Upload BIMx Hyper-model or Save files (you will have to choose BIMx-Hypermodel in file type).
-
Click Options, scroll to Gallery options for camera path, and select Add cameras as separate gallery items or Create a single movie for the gallery.
- Click Publish. The exported hypermodel displays a populated Gallery tab with static views or an animation.
TIP: Use multiple camera paths for separate exterior and interior movies.
