Issue description
You see a "Wrong subversion" error in the Library Manager next to one or more Library Packages. These packages are marked as unavailable, and affected objects may not appear or function as expected.
Solution
This occurs when the project uses objects of Library Packages with a different Library update version than the Library Packages currently loaded to your project.
TIP: More on the Global Library.
This can happen if your colleague updates their libraries before sharing a Teamwork project without uploading the updated library packages in BIMcloud. Or if you open a file that was shared with you without having the chance to install the library updates.
Library updates can be found on our official Downloads site or via Help > About Archicad. And under Library Updates.
Here are the solutions when this issue happens on Solo projects vs Teamwork projects:
For Solo projects or opening on another computer
This error means your local machine is missing a required Library update.
- In Library Manager, locate the specified package showing the error.
- Download and install the correct Library update for your product version.
- Restart the application.
- Reload libraries using File > Libraries and Objects > Library Manager.
- Check that objects are now loaded and the error is resolved.
For Teamwork projects using BIMcloud Libraries
If you updated library packages but did not upload the updated version to the BIMcloud, the packages on the server remain outdated.
- Download and install the required Library update on your computer.
- Open File > Libraries and Objects > Manage BIMcloud Libraries.
- Select the relevant BIMcloud Library and click Update BIMcloud Library with a local Library.
- Browse for the updated package on your local machine and confirm to replace it.
- In Library Manager, select Reload to refresh project libraries.
- Inform all project users to perform a Send and Receive so their local copies synchronize with the current BIMcloud library.
