Issue description
When you try to publish a BIMx hypermodel to the transfer site, you see an error message: 'BIMx license not found or need valid BIMx license'. This message blocks the upload of your hypermodel even though your license appears valid and you are signed in with your Graphisoft ID.
Solution
This error happens due to a corrupted license container or authentication problem. These steps will help you restore access and complete your upload.
Clear license container files

Upload license to pool:
- Open the License Manager Tool.
- Upload your license to the company pool.
- Ensure no license remains downloaded to your computer.

Clear CodeMeter container:

Windows:
- Go to C:\ProgramData\CodeMeter\CmAct.
- Move all the content of the CmAct folder elsewhere.
- Make sure that the CmAct folder is empty.

macOS:
- Go to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/CodeMeter/CmAct.
- Move all the content of the CmAct folder elsewhere.
- Make sure that the CmAct folder is empty.

Windows:
Restart and download license
- Restart your computer.
- Open the License Manager tool.
- Download your license from the company pool.
- Ensure it appears correctly in License Manager tool.
