An Administrator or Contract Manager can invite any individual with a personal Graphisoft ID to join the Company they manage. The invited Member will receive an email with the invitation and can accept or reject the invitation.
Follow these steps to add a new Member to your Graphisoft ID Company:
- Go to the Company Management portal and sign in as an Administrator or Contract Manager.
- Select the Members tab and click Invite members.
- Enter the Graphisoft ID email of the individual you would like to invite to your Company and optionally select a Group for the new members. You can invite multiple Graphisoft IDs by separating them as such: bob@gsid.com; tom@gsid.com.
- Last but not least, the invited Member should accept the email invitation to become a Member of the Company (until then, they will remain in pending status).
