This article walks you through the steps of adding new members to your Graphisoft company.
An administrator or contract manager can invite an individual to join the company they manage. The invited member will receive an email invitation and can accept or reject the invitation.
Note: If the invited email address is not already connected to a Graphisoft ID, the user will be prompted to create a Graphisoft ID when they accept the invitation.
Follow these steps to add a new member to your Graphisoft ID company:
- Go to the Company Management portal and sign in as an administrator or contract manager.
- Select the Members tab and click Invite members.
- Enter the Graphisoft ID email of the individual you would like to invite to your company, and optionally select a group for the new member.
- You can invite multiple users by separating the email addresses with semicolons, for example: bob@gsid.com; tom@gsid.com.
- If the invited user is already a member of another Graphisoft ID company, you may be prompted to add them as a guest rather than a member.

The invited member should accept the email invitation to become a member of your Graphisoft company.
The user will remain in pending status until they accept the invitation.
