How do I delete a model from the BIMx transfer site?

Issue description

Your BIMx model is uploaded to the BIMx transfer site but you no longer want it to be stored there. You need to completely remove the model or control who has access to it.

Solution

Models uploaded to the BIMx Model Transfer site remain there until manually deleted by the user who uploaded them. Visibility settings control access to the model but do not remove it from storage.

1. Open a web browser and go to the BIMx Model Transfer site
2. Sign in using your Graphisoft ID account credentials
3. Navigate to your User Profile where you will see your models listed in folders
4. Locate the model you want to delete
5. Click the three dots icon at the right of the model you want to delete
6. Select Delete model from the dropdown menu
7. Confirm the deletion if prompted.
   

Controlling model visibility

You can also control the model visibility using this panel. Choose from one of the following visibility settings:

1. • Public: Accessible by anyone visiting the BIMx Model Transfer site.
   • Private: Accessible by users having the model's Transfer site URL and all members of the Graphisoft ID Company.
   • Private (password protected): Accessible by users having the password and model's Transfer site URL, and all members of the Graphisoft ID Company. Both opening the model on Transfer site and importing it to mobile apps require entering the password.
