Issue Description
You want to include your company logo and website information in a BIMx file so it appears when the 3D model is opened or viewed. This allows you to brand your BIMx presentations with your company information.
Solution
Architect Credits can be added to a BIMx file through Archicad. To set this up:
- In Archicad, go to File > Info > Project Preview & Architect Credits in BIMx.
-
Open the Architect Credits in BIMx Tab.
-
Add your Logo by using the command Paste from Clipboard, or click on the down facing arrow to browse for a file.
-
TIP: Upload the logo in a PNG file format with an alpha channel. This will ensure the image has a transparent background for a cleaner appearance.

-
Add a Website Link (Optional):
- Ensure the link is valid and starts with “http://” or “https://”, as URLs without this format will not be interactive.
-
Example: https://www.yourcompany.com
-
Enter a display text for the URL link in the Display text field.
-
Before publishing, verify that the Architect Credits in BIMx Hyper-model option is enabled in the Publisher Set Properties.
-
Once published, the Architect Credits will appear in BIMx:
- While the 3D model is loading, the Architect Credits will be displayed.
- The company logo remains accessible at the top-right corner of the 3D View.
-
If a hyperlink was added, tapping the logo will open the associated webpage in the default browser.
This ensures that the company’s branding and credits are properly embedded in the BIMx file.
