Graphisoft Store customers can now easily change the Contract Manager associated with their Graphisoft ID company by following the simple steps outlined below.
Who is the Contract Manager and what is their role?
By default, the customer who purchases a Subscription is the Contract Manager (and if this is their first purchase, they will also be the Administrator). The Contract Manager is the only member who can make Subscription changes.
To check who is the Contract Manager in your company, please visit companymanagement.graphisoft.com and go to the “Company profile” tab.

How to change the Contract Manager?
The administrator of the Graphisoft ID company can initiate the Contract Manager change through the company portal.
Once the administrator has successfully logged in, the following steps should be taken:
Navigate to the “Company Profile” tab.
Click the “Change” button located to the right of the Contract Manager's name.
A floating window will appear. Select the user who has requested to become the new Contract Manager.
After selecting the user, click on “Change”.
You will be redirected to the "Company Profile" page, where you will find a new entry regarding the pending Contract Manager request.
The chosen user will receive an email detailing the changes in their role.
Once the user clicks on "View request" in the email and logs in, a new message regarding the role change will appear at the top of the screen.
To proceed, click “Accept.”Once the process is complete, the user assumes the role of the new Contract Manager. A notification appears at the top of the screen confirming this change, and the Contract Manager's name updates to reflect the user's name.
The administrator will receive an email confirmation of the successful role change.
How to revoke the Contract Manager change request?
The administrator has the authority to retract the Contract Manager change request if necessary.
To accomplish this, the administrator needs to log in to the company portal.
After logging in, follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to the "Company Profile" tab.
You can view the entry for the pending request regarding the new Contract Manager. To proceed, simply click on “Revoke request” located on the right side of the screen.
The user will receive an email regarding the revoked role change.
How to reject the Contract Manager change request?
As company members, users can decline any role change requests they receive.
To do so, users should either log in to the company portal directly or use the link provided in the email mentioned above.
Once you have successfully logged in, please follow these next steps:
Navigate to the “Company Profile” tab.
Take a look at the notification at the top of the screen regarding the transfer request for the Contract Manager role.
To proceed, click on the “Reject” button.The notification displayed at the top of the screen will reflect this decision.
The administrator will receive an email notification regarding the rejected role change request.
