Issue description
The BIMx Hyper-model cannot be uploaded to the BIMx Transfer website via the Publisher Set. When attempting to use the BIMx Publisher Set, a prompt appears under the user profile requesting a login with a Graphisoft ID.
Solution
1. Install the TLS Security Update

For Windows Users:
Ensure the required security update for legacy TLS protocols is installed on your Windows device.- If this update is missing, the BIMx Publisher Set will display a network error.
- Download and install the security update from here.
Note: This step is only applicable to Windows users. macOS users do not need to install this update.
2. Log in with a Graphisoft ID in Archicad
You must be logged into Archicad using your Graphisoft ID to upload files to the BIMx Transfer Website.
3. Set Up the BIMx Upload Environment
To upload to the BIMx Transfer Website, the upload environment must be configured according to the instructions in the article Setting Up the BIMx Model Upload Environment.
4. Add the Graphisoft ID to the Company Account
If using an additional Graphisoft ID that is not part of the existing company account but uses a license from the company, this Graphisoft ID must be linked to the company. This can be done by clicking the Link Graphisoft ID button.
