Archicad will only start in Demo Mode, while you have a Solo license

Issue description

You have a Solo license of Archicad successfully downloaded or assigned, but Archicad is still starting in Demo Mode.

Solution

A Solo license key requires the Solo Archicad version to run. Ensure that you have downloaded and installed the correct version of Archicad. To check your Archicad version go to Help > About Archicad.

To download Archicad Solo: 

1. Go to Graphisoft Downloads page.
2. Click on the Legacy versions and other product types
3. Select Solo version (considering your OS).
