Unable to select any element in section

Issue description 

In a section view, the background appears grey, and selecting elements is challenging or impossible.

Solution 

This is due to the section's vertical range being set to 0 or being too narrow, causing elements to be out of the selectable range. Follow these steps to increase the height range and fix the issue:

1. Open the section settings of the affected view (select the section marker, then open its settings dialog, or right click on the section in the view map and click on Section Settings)
2. Edit the vertical range values so that it covers the elements you wish to select.
3. Make sure the Top and Bottom settings are not set to 0 or extremely narrow values.
