Issue description
You get the following message in Archicad while using Teamwork: Error occurred during the last Teamwork operation!

Solution
1. Save unsent changes locally:
If there are unsent changes, save them by selecting File Menu > Save As and saving the project as a .PLN file. This secures your changes.
2. Clear the local cache:
- Leave the Teamwork project and go to Teamwork Menu > Project > Leave Teamwork Project.
- Open a blank instance of Archicad.
- Navigate to Teamwork > Project > Local Data Manager.
- Locate the problematic project in the list and delete its local data.
3. Rejoin the Teamwork project:
- Rejoin the project by navigating to Teamwork Menu > Project > Open/Join Teamwork Project.
- Open the previously saved .PLN file side-by-side with the rejoined project.
- Copy the unsent changes from the .PLN file into the main project and perform a Send & Receive to update the Teamwork file.
Alternative solution for extensive changes:
If the unsent changes are too extensive to manually copy, consider re-sharing the project under a new name and rejoining it to start fresh.
Please note: local data deletion will require the user to rejoin the projects and all unsent changes will be lost. Try to leave all joined projects before attempting to delete their local data.
If you still have the issue:
Ensure correct permissions for the Graphisoft folder and subfolders
Verify that the affected user has full access to the following directory and all its subfolders:
-
Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Graphisoft -
macOS:
/Users/<username>/Graphisoft
If the path of the Local Data folder has been reconfigured, confirm that the user has full access to the updated folder location. Default locations are:
-
Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Graphisoft\TW Data -
macOS:
/Users/<username>/Graphisoft/TW Data
Verify permissions on the server computer
Ensure that BIMcloud or BIMcloud Basic has full access rights to its associated folders, including the default or customized paths for:
- Projects
- Attachments
- BlobCache
This ensures that all required folders have the necessary permissions to function properly, preventing access issues for users and BIMcloud operations.
