Affected versions: Archicad 28 and newer
Issue
Depending on your Archicad localisation, you may have access to online templates (please check availability with your local partner).
You might experience that online templates are missing from the template list.
Solution
- On Windows, open the Registry Editor and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\GRAPHISOFT\<Archicad version>\Online Hosted Templates.
- On macOS, open the Prefs Editor application (or any other app that can open and edit .plist files) and select your used Archicad version from the list of applications, e.g. com.graphisoft.AC-ARM 28.0.0 INT v1. Navigate to the Online Hosted Templates key.
There you should find an httpRequest key containing a web link, copy this link to a web browser and check the result.
If the computer has no issues reaching this site, you should see a result similar to the one below.
If you receive an error (such as 500 Bad Request), there must be a network configuration issue. Please ensure that https://redirect.graphisoft.com is whitelisted in the antivirus/proxy/etc. settings.
