How to export schedule from one file to another?

Issue description

I need to use the same schedule as what I have used on my previous project. Is it possible to export the schedule and reimport on my current project?

Solution

In Archicad, you have the capability to both import and export schedules, which allows for efficient management and sharing of project data. To perform these actions, please follow the detailed steps outlined below:

1. In the previous project, go to Document > Schedules > Scheme Settings;

2. In the Scheme Settings, select the schedule that you want to Export. Click Export at the bottom of the window then locate the folder where you want to save in the pop out window. Click Save.
   
3. In the new project, go to Scheme Settings: Document > Schedules > Scheme Setting.
4. In the bottom part of Scheme Settings, click Import. Locate the xml file then click OK.
