Description
When working with zones on the floor plan, the zone stamp is missing (appearing as a single dot), or does not match the required layout or information for your documentation. Multiple zone stamps are available in the project library, but you are unable to change it from the zone selection settings.
Solution
Each zone stamp is linked to a Zone Category. To display a different zone stamp, you must reassign the stamp style within the relevant zone category's settings.
Note: By default, zone stamps are turned off in the Archicad template — zones are labeled with zone labels instead. If you want to work with integrated zone stamps, make sure they are enabled in the model view options: Go to Document > Model View > Model View Options and enable Show Zone Stamp in the Construction Element Options panel.
To change the zone stamp assigned to a zone category:
- Go to Options > Element Attributes > Zone Categories.
- Use the pop-up at the top to select the Zone Category you want to modify.
- In the Zone Stamp pop-up, choose the desired zone stamp from your loaded library.
- Click OK to confirm. All zones assigned to this category will now use the selected zone stamp.
