Issue Description
After all Design Options have been deleted or transferred to the main model via the Manager, elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, shells, or morphs no longer connecting to each other.
Solution
In a Teamwork project, if Design Options are Accepted and Loaded or deleted in the Manager while the corresponding elements were not reserved in the Teamwork file, those elements lose their Design Option status. As a result, they no longer intersect with other elements.
To restore connectivity for elements with missing Design Option status in Teamwork:
- Identify elements with the status MISSING using Find & Select or a schedule report with the Variant Missing parameter.
For each affected element, assign an existing Design Option status (e.g., Main Model) via the Classification and properties tab in its respective element selection settings.
- Ensure you reserve elements in the Teamwork file before making corrections.
- Once their Design Option status is updated, elements will correctly intersect with others.
TIP: Missing variants can be identified using the Find & Select function or by creating a schedule with the Variant Missing parameter.
