Issue Description
Several Issues created in Archicad have been imported into the BIMx Desktop app. However, I cannot see them in the app. What could be the reason?
Solution
Issue management is available for BIMx mobile app for both Android and iOS devices only, and allows users to create, view, and manage issues that can be imported in Archicad or vice versa. Currently, the BIMx Desktop app does not support issue management. The mobile app’s design supports efficient, on-the-go collaboration for project teams and clients, making it particularly useful for remote model reviews and real-time issue tracking.
