How to hide doors and windows in floor plan view

Issue description

I'm trying to create a wall layout plan where neither Doors nor Windows need to be shown. Is there a way to hide these elements for a specific View?

Solution

You can control the display options of Doors and Windows through Model View Options (MVO). To hide Doors and Windows:

1. Go to Document > Model View > Model View Options.
2. Click the New... button to create a new Model View Combination.
   
3. In the Construction Element Options section, set the Door, Window, Skylight, and Opening section to 'Hide on Floor Plan'. 

4. Click OK to save.

    

After you create the Model View Option, you can create a new view in the Navigator and set its view settings to use the Model View Option you made in the previous steps.
