Issue Description
Error: Undo Limit Reached.
Solution
In Archicad, the Undo Limit Reached message means that the software has reached the maximum amount of memory allocated for storing actions you can undo. Archicad has a set memory limit for the undo history, and when this limit is reached, older actions are removed from the undo list to make room for new ones.
Increase Undo Memory:
-
- Go to Options > Work Environment > Data Safety & Integrity, increase the Undo limit if you have enough system memory available.
Save Progress Regularly:
-
- If you frequently reach the undo limit, consider saving versions of your project at various stages to avoid data loss in case you need to revert changes beyond the undo capacity.
Adjust Workflow:
-
- If the undo memory is being used up quickly, try breaking down complex actions into smaller steps or save copies of your project for each major change.
